SO FILLING AND DELICIOUS
We love a good snack, especially when it’s high in fiber and is protein- packed to keep you satiated until your next meal. If you are always on the go, this snack can be your go to! All you need is your favorite yogurt (we like a good greek yogurt), your favorite fruits, and seeds, nuts. Grab it on your way out the door and you are good to go! Have you ever tried pumpkin seeds? Pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouses loaded with nutrients ranging from magnesium and manganese to copper, protein and zinc. If you are a yogurt eater, you may want to give this a try. Nutrition tip: When looking to purchase yogurt, read the ingredients and food label. Many yogurts have tons of added sugar.
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup toasted oats
- 1/4 coconut shavings
- 1/3 cup craisins
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- In a bowl, add your favorite yogurt (we used siggi's).
- Next add pumpkin seeds, craisins, toasted oats, and coconut shavings.
