Pecan butter anyone? Who says toast has to be boring? Not us! We love pecans, why? Because they are so yum and nutritious! Research shows that just a handful of pecans a day can lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. They also contain so many vitamins and minerals. Get your favorite whole grain bread, spread some pecan butter and add your favorite toppings!


  • 1 slice of whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon pecan butter
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 7 pieces coconut shreds
  • drizzle of honey
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats


  1. Grab a slice of whole grain toast
  2. Spread pecan butter to fill up all areas of the toast
  3. Top the pecan butter with oats, coconut shreds, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey!
