My name is Valerie Agyeman and I am a Women’s Health Dietitian, Community Leader and Podcast Host. My passion for nutrition developed over a decade ago. Once I discovered the power of nutrition in achieving good health at a young age, I never looked back. That was the best decision that I have made yet.

My mission and God-given purpose is to empower you on your journey to feeling your most healthiest self. I help women truly understand the powerful relationship between what they eat and how their body looks, feels and functions so they can make more wiser, conscious choices and establish a healthy relationship with food and their body.

My passion project centers around fostering a sense of community by establishing a safe haven for women to engage in open discussions about common, yet taboo topics pertaining to our bodies. I am here to encourage, empower and inspire you to get more in the know about your body so you can flourish in every way possible! Because you deserve it, yes you do.

I am here to encourage and inspire you to live your best life, in good health.”

Our nutrition philosophy encourages all women to plant a seed of commitment towards their health and wellness, no matter what their journey looks like. Being empowered in wellness starts with a true connection with your body, and there is no one-size fits all approach to health.

Eating is an act of self-care, it should be enjoyed in a way that makes you feel good, not shameful. Nourish to flourish. It’s vital for women to nourish a healthier relationship with food and take care of their bodies by honoring it, while finding a health routine that works for them and doesn’t fit someone else’s standards.

Flourish Heights is a digital platform, nutrition practice and community for women looking for simple tips to thrive in health and wellness everyday.

We encourage women to take small steps each day. Life isn’t about unnecessary restrictions. Life is about balance and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. As human beings, we represent seeds and every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and bloom as much as we can.

When you plant your health on higher ground you feel empowered, energized, and elevated. A Flourish Heights lifestyle is one that you should embark on. Why? It will not only allow you to see the fruits of your labor in your body, but will allow you to live your God-given purpose in good health and in abundance.

Flourish Heights serves as a resource to provide you with credible nutrition and women’s health information, life-changing learning opportunities and serves as a space for you to connect with community members.
