ABOUT VALERIE

Valerie Agyeman is a DC-metropolitan based dietitian nutritionist, media contributor and Founder of Flourish Heights. Her mission and God given purpose is to help women truly understand the powerful relationship between what they eat and how their body looks, feels and functions to help them make more conscious, wiser choices. She believes that once they achieve this, they will live their most vibrant life, thriving and flourishing heights. Valerie is a clinical dietitian specializing in heart disease and stroke, Diabetes Mellitus, nutrition support and general nutrition to name a few. Valerie is also the Creator of the Bloom In Your Purpose Wellness Workshop, an interactive, collaborative workshop designed to bring women together to learn of practical ways they can live their healthiest, most vibrant and purpose-filled life. You can find Valerie being quoted frequently in online publications, or delivering evidence-based nutrition advice at local TV stations on various networks including ABC and CBS. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, food photography, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
